Rob and his team arrived on time and did a great job, explaining exactly what the job entailed to prune branches off a huge gum tree.The area around the tree was surrounded by garden and garden pots. The team were very careful to ensure no damage occurred to plants and pots.The job was completed quickly and professionally with the cleanup excellent. All the team members worked very well together and coordinated all the various tasks efficiently.They made the time to do an extra job for my daughter next door and did a great cleanup at the finish. Such a lovely family business. Genuinely nice people who gave us a more than fair quote to remove a dead gum tree, and remove some low hanging branches from another. So efficient, safe and left our yard cleaner than they found it - and left ud some firewood. Cannot fault the service and will use them again for any future needs. The tree in my backyard is easily two stories high and the branches were overgrown, I'd been putting off having it trimmed for a while. Lucky for me that Paul dropped by with a card. I called and Rob came by the same afternoon for a quote, which we accepted. The tree was trimmed the next day. Rob was very careful not to harm the tree while making sure I was happy with how it looked. The team left the yard tidier than it was when they arrived, they even took down a waist high stump on a smaller tree that we'd been mowing around for years. Rob and the team did an exceptional job. The process was a breeze, the team were polite and friendly. Rob took the time to advise on the best approach, not just for me but for the health of the tree. He really takes pride in his work and it shows.

Rob and the team do outstanding work. We had to recently remove a very large limb that was water damaged from our gum tree and presenting risk to our property. The team were quick to respond and remove the limb in a professional and quick way at a fair price.
